SAFE-TECH Fire blankets are made of specially treated Fiberglass fabric, which is thick and smooth and provides ultimate protection. Fire blankets are used to smother the flames, starve them of oxygen and extinguish the fire before it gets out of control. Secured in a plastic box, SAFE-TECH fire blankets can be easily deployed with little force by pulling down the straps. While using a fire blanket, hold it in a shield position and wrap it around your hands if possible.
